Primary Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
Investigate data issues, anomalies, and non-standard requests within assigned functional areas
Provide accurate explanations, interpretations, and recommendations based on data findings
Utilize relevant data, metrics, and business information to solve operational and analytical problems
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support business decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and deliver analytical support
Prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet established timelines and service expectations
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and analyses
Communicate findings and analytical outcomes clearly to business and operational teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements,

The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively
Demonstrated solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently within a specialized knowledge area while collaborating with cross-functional teams
