ANALYTICS AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (AIM)

Citi AIM was established in 2003 and is located across multiple cities in India – Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai. It is a global community that objectively connects and analyzes information, to create actionable intelligence for our business leaders. It identifies fact-based opportunities for revenue growth in partnership with the businesses.

The function balances customer needs, business strategy, and profit objectives using best in class and relevant analytics methodologies. Responsibilities:

MIS reporting and visualization

Create insightful reports using Tableau as per project objective

Effective logic development, testing, and execution of the project

Able to work in a highly agile environment and able to quickly pivot based on requirement changes

Data Transformation

Manipulate, aggregate and transform data extracted from multiple data sources

Adopt Gen AI tools for better productivity

Sharing of results

Expected to generate relevant insights and help maintain decks for leadership presentation

Quick synthesis of the analysis results

Domain Knowledge

Develop an understanding of the domain / business and build expertise in their area

Document details and create standardized use cases for FAQs and process documents

Other Responsibilities

This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities,



which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineering

Responsible for routine operational or administrative work

Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation

Individuals will have their work thoroughly reviewed and checked by more senior incumbents and will have limited contact outside their immediate area

Daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Must Haves:

Bachelors or Master's degree with ~ 2 years of experience in data and visual analytics and Banking / Financials services support project

Extensive Tableau (including server too) hands-on experience

Should be comfortable preparing wireframes and dashboard designs





Experienced in SQL and querying data from databases

Experience working with cloud based and large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to query / transform data is an added advantage Preferred:

Working experience in Python, Hive, Impala, DataIKU, Palantir

Experience on Cloud data platforms

Worked in BFSI sector and must have industry knowledge This provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
