Role Description This remote internship role for a Data Analyst focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making within the HealthAtlas platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare data from multiple sources, as well as performing exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends. The intern will assist in building and validating data models, generating statistical reports, and creating visualizations to communicate findings clearly to internal teams.

The role also involves collaborating with product,



analytics, and business stakeholders to refine data requirements and contribute to ongoing improvements in the platform’s analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and demonstrated ability to solve quantitative problems.

Proficiency in Data Analytics techniques and tools, including basic experience with data visualization.

Foundational understanding of Statistics for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and interpretation of results.

Experience or coursework in Data Modeling, including structuring datasets and defining relationships.

Transparent and effective Communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with spreadsheets and at least one analytical or programming tool (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) is beneficial.

Interest in healthcare analytics, market intelligence, or public health data is a plus.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field.
