We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst – Finance, Procurement & Sales to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Analyse financial, procurement, and sales data to generate actionable insights

✅ Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations

✅ Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports

✅ Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using SQL and Excel

✅ Monitor key business KPIs related to cost, revenue, purchasing, and sales performance

✅ Analyse supplier performance, purchase trends, inventory data, and cost-saving opportunities

✅ Support sales forecasting, customer analysis, and revenue growth initiatives

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance

Required Skills:

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Data Analysis)

SQL knowledge

Power BI / Tableau dashboard development





Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Sales processes

Positive communication and reporting skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in manufacturing / medical device / pharmaceutical industry preferred

Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

Understanding of quality and business processes (ISO 13485 knowledge is an advantage)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, Finance Analytics, or related roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
