Skills 1-3 years of expereince in Data Analysis, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, & Dashboards.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers. Perform detailed analysis of business metrics and KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis to understand variations in business performance. Generate actionable insights from data and highlight key observations. Monitor business performance and identify areas requiring attention. Support forecasting, trend analysis, RLS and performance tracking activities. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support internal reporting requirements. Exposure to ETL and other BI tools will be an added advantage Role &

Responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful insights. Solid understanding of business metrics and KPI analysis.

Experience in trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
