The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, configure CRM solutions, and work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver successful projects. Roles & Responsibilities

- Gather and understand business requirements from clients.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on business needs.
- Work on CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
- Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Prepare functional documents and support solution design.




- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Conduct user training and provide functional support when needed.

Required

Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Positive understanding of CRM configuration and customization.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is preferred.
- Strong requirement gathering and client communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with international clients.
