At BeastLife, we're looking for a detail-oriented D2C Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. If you're passionate about online commerce, product management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day D2C platform operations across the website and app.

Create, update, and maintain accurate product catalogues, descriptions, images, and attributes.

Ensure product listings are error-free and optimized for a smooth shopping experience.

Perform regular Quality Checks (QC) on product pages, collections, banners, and promotions.

Monitor pricing, discounts, offers, and inventory updates to ensure accuracy.

Conduct end-to-end user journey testing, including product discovery, cart, checkout, and payment flow.

Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Tech,



and Customer Support teams to resolve operational issues.

Identify and report bugs, listing issues, and customer experience gaps.

Maintain operational reports and ensure timely execution of platform updates. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in D2C, E-commerce Operations, or Marketplace Operations.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of product cataloguing, pricing, and online merchandising.

Solid communication and coordination skills.
