Role &

- Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end D2C brand strategy—from positioning and messaging to GTM roadmap—tailored for India's beauty & wellness consumers.

- Translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor gaps into winning brand narratives and hero product storylines.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and performance teams to align brand messaging with conversion funnels and retention loops.

- Develop and optimize omnichannel brand touchpoints (website, social, email, SMS, influencer collabs) to boost LTV and reduce CAC.

- Analyze campaign data and customer feedback to refine brand voice, aesthetic, and emotional hooks—measured by engagement,



repeat rate, and NPS.

- Build brand playbooks and asset libraries to scale creative consistency while enabling local-market flexibility.
