About Role:

The Team Lead will lead the Road Safety Assistance Command Center, ensuring rapid response and effective resolution of customer safety incidents. The role requires operational leadership, crisis management, stakeholder coordination, governance, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do

- Lead and coach a team handling critical customer incidents.
- Monitor real-time operations and ensure SLA adherence.
- Manage high-severity escalations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive process compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Analyse incident trends and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience during emergency situations.

Experience: 47 years of experience in Customer Operations, Escalations, Travel, Logistics, or Incident Management, with prior team management experience preferred.





Qualification: Any Graduate

- Proven stakeholder management and coaching experience.
- High ownership with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to work on night shifts.
- Eligibility: Male candidates only
- Positive command over English, Kannada, and Tamil

Note:- Only Male candidates are eligible for this role.

Shift: Only Night Shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) at the office.

Night Shift Allowance: There will be a night shift allowance.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week. Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
