- Location : Bangalore
- Job Profile : Customer Support - International Chat (Retail & Telecom Process)
- Salary : Up to 2.5 LPA 5K retention bonus per month
- Working Days : 5 days a week with 2 rotational off (Both ways cab available)
- Shift : 5PM - 2AM (US Shift)
- Qualification : Undergraduate | Graduate | Diploma with valuable communication

Interview Round : MCAT > Ops > HR

Key Responsibilities -

- Resolve Queries : Answer customer questions accurately and quickly via live web or app chat.
- Multitask : Manage multiple concurrent chat windows while keeping response times low.
- Record Data : Log customer details and interaction summaries accurately in CRM software.




- Escalate Issues: Pass complex technical or billing problems to senior teams when needed.
- Meet Targets: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and productivity standards.
