- Generate quality leads by introducing Purnartha's investment philosophy, products, and services to prospective clients over phone calls.
- Conduct outbound calls consistently to build a strong sales pipeline and establish meaningful relationships with potential clients.
- Research and identify prospective clients who may benefit from our services and convert them into qualified leads.
- Coordinate with prospects to schedule face-to-face meetings with Relationship Managers at mutually convenient times.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure appointments are successfully booked for the Relationship Managers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in telesales or pre-sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple prospect interactions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
