We are looking for Customer Support Executives who are genuinely passionate about customer support and enjoy interacting with customers, solving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

? Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and dispatch status

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Provide prompt and accurate updates to customers

Maintain records of customer interactions and support activities

Assist in day-to-day customer support operations





Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

✅ What We're Looking For:

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience

Candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in Customer Support should only apply

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
