Job Summary

Inbound Call Centre Executive to handle incoming calls from customers, resolve their queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Respond to inquiries related to products, services, billing, or support Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM Follow call centre scripts, processes, and quality standards
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.)




- Ensure data security and compliance while handling customer information

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in shifts

Omni channel support
- Inbound calls – Complaint handling
- Outbound calls – CSAT, E warranty
- WhatsApp – Complaint handling
- Email – Complaint handling

Pay: ₹10,220.59 - ₹20,000.00 per month
