We’re Hiring: Junior Customer Support & Implementation Analyst – HealthPilot
Are you a recent graduate interested in healthcare and technology? Join our team and help hospitals successfully implement and use HealthPilot.
This is an entry-level prospect for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience. Previous healthcare technology experience is not required—we will provide complete product and implementation training.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HealthPilot at hospital sites
- Train and guide hospital staff on using the platform
- Provide ongoing user support and resolve basic queries
- Observe how hospital teams use the product and identify areas where they need assistance
- Gather user feedback and share actionable insights with our product and development teams
- Help improve product adoption and the overall customer experience
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a recent graduate or has up to one year of work experience
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Is comfortable training and supporting hospital staff
- Is patient, proactive, and willing to learn
- Can understand technology and explain it in simple terms
- Is willing to travel to hospital sites when required
Graduates from healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, hospital administration, business, IT, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
