Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Location: Vasai East (Office Location)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Process orders, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with qualified communication.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and order status.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Previous customer support experience is preferred but freshers with good communication can also apply.
- Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Pay: ₹10,493.57 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
