Cautio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Command Centre Executive to monitor live operations, ensure timely incident management, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced setting, respond quickly to operational alerts, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live operational dashboards and alerts to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Identify, log, and escalate operational incidents as per defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Track incidents until closure and provide regular status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, escalations, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support shift operations, including rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Continuously monitor service performance and highlight areas for operational improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
