Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining customer records. Candidates residing within 4–5 km of Naraina, New Delhi will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services to customers clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.




- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Candidates residing within 4–5 km of Naraina, Recent Delhi will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
