We're looking for an individual who has worked with the clients or in our case we're looking for somebody who has worked with candidates or looking for job. Your job is to make them succeed in getting a job, keeping a tab on them, making sure they're connecting with the mentors, making sure they are getting what they need to succeed. Make sure they understand the software and how to use it.
