Description

As a Customer Solution Architect, you'll build and maintain end-to-end customer solution labs by integrating cloud platforms, applications, and services aligned with customer reference architectures. You'll design scalable, production-like environments and drive functional, performance, stability, and interoperability testing to ensure solution quality. Working across cross-functional teams, you'll automate test workflows, troubleshoot complex integrations, and help deliver reliable, customer-centric solutions with confidence.

Responsibilities

- Design and maintain full-stack service labs, integrating applications, networks, and cloud platforms with customer gold standard configurations.
- Ensure vertical and horizontal integration across diverse cloud platforms and applications.
- Lead the execution of end-to-end test setups, matching NAM customer architectures and gold standards.
- Deploy and maintain automation infrastructure, including pipelines, tools, and scripts.
- Build and manage shared cloud lab environments, providing on-demand access to domains, keep labs secure, secure, and user-friendly, ensuring optimal performance and security.




- Automate lab creation, teardown, and maintenance processes, reducing manual effort.
- Utilize scripts, pipelines, and APIs to minimize manual work and enhance efficiency.
- Lead the development of test scripts for automated testing, improving test coverage and speed.
- Track test progress, resolve issues, and validate results against requirements, delivering comprehensive validation reports.

Qualifications

Must Have

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of K8s and openstack cloud platforms, networking, and Nokia Core and BA application integration.
- Experience with protocols like SIP, Diameter, and 5G standards.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end test strategies.
- Skills in understanding and addressing customer requirements effectively.

Nice to Have

- Understanding of cloud security, network security, and secure coding practices.
