NCustomer Service Executive (Domestic Process)

NQualification - HSC / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply

NShifts - Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)

N5 days working with 2 rotational week offs

N(Shifts Window- Between 4pm to 10am - Any 9 hours Shift)

NLocation - Kolkata

nImmediate Joiners Preferred

NCTC Offered-

nAnnual CTC- 2,65,500/-

NMonthly IN HAND- 18,000/-

NRoles & Responsibilities:

N- Handle customer queriesthrough chat and voice (international clients).

N- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

N- Troubleshoot and escalating issues when required.

N- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.

N- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

N(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service)

NCommunication - Very GoodCommunication
