Key Responsibilities

- Client Account Management

- Act as the first point of contact for customers.

- Maintain robust relationships with shippers, consignees, and carriers.

- Shipment Coordination

- Confirm freight bookings (air, sea, road).

- Track cargo movement and provide timely updates.

- Handle delivery schedules and resolve delays.

- Coordination with overseas offices

- Documentation &
- Compliance

- Prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, invoices).

- Ensure GST/customs compliance and accurate HS code usage.

- Problem-Solving

- Address customer complaints, claims, and service issues.

- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and customs brokers.

- Sales &

- Business Support

- Provide freight quotations.

- Support Key Account Managers and Business Development teams.

Pay: ₹12,632.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month
