Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist the team in handling basic technical queries from users/customers
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support for common issues
- Use AI tools and internal resources to find quick solutions
- Maintain and update support logs or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns
- Help document common issues and solutions for future reference
- Support the team in improving response time and customer experience
