Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records of interactions.

- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs and preferences.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in BPO customer service environment.

- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.

- Ability to work effectively in an international voice process setting with diverse accents and dialects.
