- Role: Customer Support Executive International Voice / Blended Process
- Location: Bangalore
- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
- Experience: 1+ Year in International Voice Process, International Sales, or Client Servicing
- Salary: Up to 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
- Shift: US / UK / Rotational Shift
- Work Mode: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Escalate complex cases whenever required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.





Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / International Sales / Client Servicing.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
