Client Relationship Manager – Post Sales Company: Best Properties Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Experience: 2+ Years | Industry: Real Estate | Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Best Properties is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager – Post Sales to manage the complete customer journey from booking to possession and beyond. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Plotted Developments, Apartments, and Villa Projects , with excellent customer handling and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle. Handle customer queries, documentation, payments, agreements, registration, and handover. Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, Projects, and Registration teams.

Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally. Maintain strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction and referrals. Track customer requests and ensure timely closure through CRM. Prepare MIS reports and customer status updates.





Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA requirements. Support post-possession customer services and engagement.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Post Sales / CRM.

Experience in Plotted, Apartment, and Villa Projects . Good knowledge of documentation, registration, possession, and handover processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Strong customer focus with excellent coordination and organisational skills. Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market and RERA regulations is preferred.
