Salary: 30000 to 35000 Fixed - ₹23,000-28000 per month + Incentives 7000+ Fuel Reimbursement for Center Visits. Own Vehicle (Bike) Required: Fuel reimbursement will be provided.

Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (should be flexible to work on extended timings for center visits) Languages Mandatory - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Job Responsibilities Team

Leadership & Operations (50%) · Lead and supervise the Customer Support Executive team across assigned centers, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily operations. · Monitor team performance, attendance, shift planning, lead follow-ups, and adherence to operational processes. · Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to improve customer experience and conversion rates. · Track team KPIs and ensure achievement of lead conversion and customer engagement targets.

Customer

Calling & Lead Management (50%)· Actively handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective customers, and drive lead conversions. · Ensure timely follow-up of inquiries, appointments, and customer requests. · Address customer concerns, resolve escalations, and maintain a high standard of customer service. · Maintain accurate call records, lead status updates, and performance reports.

Administrative

Coordination· Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and center documentation. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless center operations and service delivery.

Mandatory

Requirements· 3+ years of experience in customer service, front desk operations, or team handling roles. · Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic reporting. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. · Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
