NWe're looking for a CRM Executive to strengthen our customer relationships through effective CRM strategies and data-driven engagement

- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights.

- Execute customer engagement & retention campaigns.

- Manage and maintain CRMdatabase.

- Track CRM performance and prepare reports.

- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams.

nREQUIREMENT:

- Bachelor's degreein Business Management, Marketing, or related fields

- 1–2 years of CRM / customer service / sales support experience

- Robust analytical, communication & Excel skills

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
