Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive (Sales) is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales by identifying potential customers, promoting the company's products and services, and converting leads into successful sales. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, conducting regular follow-ups, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.





The executive will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and contribute to the company's overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Drive sales growth by acquiring current business clients and expanding existing accounts
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, tele-calling, and direct client engagement
- Promote and sell broadband connections, telephone lines, and digital telecom solutions to business customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- maximum 1-to-2-year experience in sales is required (preferred in telecom industry).
