We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team through regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through outbound calls.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update client details and call records in the CRM.
- Provide accurate information about company services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English is required; Hindi and Telugu are preferred.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
