JOB ROLE_ Customer Relationship Associate
Outbound & Inbound
Role: Call the customers and explain about TallyPrime/ERP 9 licenses and AMC to recent + existing customer
Key Duties
- Inbound: Handle calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp/email inquiries. Do product demos.
- Outbound: Cold call, visit CA firms & SMEs to generate leads and close sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets for licenses, upgrades, and renewals.
- Coordinate installation, training, and basic support.
Requirements
- Graduate. Basic accounting + Tally knowledge.
- Good communication in English + Telugu/Hindi.
- Bcom or Any Graduates can apply
- Skils_ Tally knowledge, Msoffice
