Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive (Interiors) based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing client communication throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding customer requirements, sharing updates, and coordinating approvals. The executive will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, maintain records of interactions, and support resolution of service issues related to interior projects.

Daily tasks include coordinating with design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met, tracking satisfaction levels, and building long-term business relationships.



The role also includes documenting feedback, preparing basic reports, and supporting efforts to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience at every stage of the interior project.

Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain project details and manage expectations.

Relevant experience in interiors, construction, or related customer-facing roles is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple client accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Basic proficiency in office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Diploma or degree in any discipline;

education in interior design, business, or hospitality is an advantage.
