Customer ke questions aur complaints ko politely handle karna. Sales, Accounts, Legal aur Site Team ke saath coordination karna. Registration, Possession aur Handover process ko smoothly manage karna. Customer documents aur CRM records ko update rakhna.

Pending payments aur documents ke liye follow-up karna. Customer satisfaction maintain karna aur achha relationship banana. Daily reports aur management ko required updates dena.

SkillsCommunication aur customer handling skills bahut achhi honi chahiye. Hindi aur basic English bolne aur samajhne ki ability. MS Excel aur Computer ki basic knowledge. Smart personality, positive attitude aur professional behaviour. Follow-up aur coordination mein achhi command. QualificationGraduation complete hona chahiye. Real Estate CRM ya Customer Service ka 2–5 saal ka experience preferred. Raipur ya nearby area ke candidates ko preference di jayegi.
