We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer concerns, and providing accurate and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a qualified and courteous manner.

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team whenever required.

Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
