CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

We are searching for an experienced CSU Assistant at our MSC India - Pune facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Assisting and providing backup for Manish and Nikhil
- HAZ approval, finalization and HAZ booking – to be handled separately
- Backup for COD / post-DTX corrections
- Backup for MFTC, detention waiver requests and EMC requests received from POL/TSP/POD
- Backup for wrong invoice escalations
- POD communication for necessary pre-booking / post-DTX approvals
- BL release
- Telex release
- Seaway BL amendments
- Additional invoicing
- Tracking
- Hot load communication
- EPR invoicing

Required Qualifications
