Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyze business data from multiple departments
Good with client communication skills (Inbound)
Create automated MIS reports and dashboards
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports
Work with advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and presentations
Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations
Improve reporting processes and database management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
Skills Required
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience in MIS reporting and process automation is preferred
