Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

- Regularly follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and feedback.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt responses.

Customer Support

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

- Maintain complaint records and ensure timely closure.

- Keep customers updated on the progress of their concerns.

Sales Coordination

- Support the sales team with customer communication.

- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts for smooth order execution.

- Assist in repeat order generation.

CRM Software Management

- Update customer details in the CRM system.

- Record customer interactions, complaints, follow-ups,



and service history.

- Maintain accurate customer databases.

- Generate CRM reports for management.

After-Sales Service

- Follow up after product delivery.

- Collect customer feedback.

- Coordinate machine installations or service visits if required.

- Ensure customer issues are resolved within the defined turnaround time.

Coordination

- Coordinate with:

- Sales Team

- Service Engineers

- Dispatch Team

- Accounts Department

- Purchase Team

- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Documentation

- Maintain customer records.

- Prepare daily follow-up reports.

- Maintain complaint registers.

- Track pending customer requests.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
