TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports including cricket Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to join our team at TIDA Sports The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of cricket fundamentals excellent coaching skills and a commitment to developing young athletes Responsibilities Coaching Conduct cricket training sessions for various age groups including children and teenagers Teach fundamental cricket skills such as batting bowling fielding and wicket-keeping Develop and implement personalized training plans for individual athletes based on their abilities and goals Provide feedback and guidance to athletes to help them improve their performance Team Development Coach cricket teams for competitions and tournaments Develop strategies and game plans for matches Motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best Player Development Identify and nurture talented young cricket players Assist in the selection and development of players for representative teams Provide guidance on nutrition fitness and injury prevention Program Development Contribute to the development of new cricket programs and initiatives Assist in organizing cricket camps and clinics Community Engagement Represent TIDA Sports at community events and tournaments Promote the academy and its programs to potential students and their families Qualifications Proven experience as a cricket coach preferably with a focus on youth development Strong knowledge and understanding of cricket rules techniques and strategies Excellent coaching skills and the ability to communicate effectively with athletes of all ages Passion for cricket and a commitment to developing young talent Positive and enthusiastic attitude Job Type Part-time Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
