We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including CRM, Sales, Customer Insights, CE Service, and DevOps. Additionally, the role requires strong team management skills to lead and mentor a technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize D365 CE solutions to meet business needs.
- Implement and configure CRM, Sales, and CE Service modules.
- Work with Customer Insights to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Manage DevOps processes for CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
- Lead and mentor a technical team, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM, Sales, Service).




- Hands-on experience with Customer Insights for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and automation.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Expertise in Dataverse, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and PowerApps development.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration methods using Web Services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
- Experience with AI-driven analytics and automation within Dynamics 365.
- Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
