Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in credit operations, loan processing, credit documentation, banking operations, and advanced Excel skills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth processing of credit transactions while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage end-to-end credit operations for retail and corporate banking products.
- Verify loan applications, credit documentation, and supporting financial documents.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of customer and loan-related information.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Business teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
- Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and account maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Analyze credit-related data and generate operational reports for management.
- Resolve operational issues and support process improvement initiatives.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Robust understanding of credit processes, loan documentation, and banking operations.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹6–8 LPA

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
