Job Requirements Credit Manager Area Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit assessment and underwriting process for loan applications related to property.

Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of loan applicants

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements

Manage a team of credit analysts and underwriters to ensure effective processing of loan applications

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve loan targets

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments to maintain a healthy loan portfolio

Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed credit decisions Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting for loan against property

Strong knowledge of property valuation and legal aspects related to property loans

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in the banking industry
