NWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit & Collection Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, reduce overdue balances, and maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

NEssential Job Functions:

NMonitor customer accountsand track outstanding invoices

NFollow up with customers regarding overdue payments through calls and emails

NReconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

NCoordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations

NPrepare aging reports andcollection status updates

NEnsure timely escalation of critical overdue accounts

NSupport month-end closingactivities related to receivables

NMaintain accurate recordsof communication and collection activities

NEnsure compliance with company credit policies and procedures

NQualifications:

NFluent in Hindi (Mandatory)

N2–5 years of experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable

NGood understanding of invoicing, payment processes, and reconciliation





NStrong communication and negotiation skills

NGood analytical and problem-solving abilities

NAbility to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
