Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi for a Credit Card/Insurance Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their financial and protection needs, and recommending suitable credit card and insurance products. The representative will explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly, assisting customers with application processes and documentation.

Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams, adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and providing responsive customer service to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and general Sales skills, including lead conversion and target achievement.





Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to explain policies, coverage options, and terms accurately.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Relevant experience in financial products, credit card sales, or insurance sales is highly beneficial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, accessible manner.

Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking systems and in managing documentation and compliance requirements.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
