Key Responsibilities

- Own and scale the creator onboarding programme (targeting the initial 2,000 named creators and beyond)

- Manage the 80/20 creator revenue-share relationship, communicating terms, payouts, and the 0%-commission first-six-months incentive

- Recruit creators across IndoWatch (short video), messaging channels, and social feed to seed content ahead of launch

- Build creator-tier programmes, ambassador pipelines, and escalation paths for top-performing creators

- Coordinate with Partnership Manager and PR Lead on creator-driven launch moments and press

Requirements

- 6+ years in creator/influencer partnerships at a social, video, or messaging platform

- Existing relationships with Indian and diaspora creators (YouTube, Instagram,



short-video) strongly preferred

- Experience running revenue-share or monetisation programmes for creators

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product on creator-facing feature requirements

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of active onboarded creators vs. 2,000-creator target

- Creator content output/cadence on IndoWatch and feed

- Creator retention and satisfaction

- Creator-driven referral/download volume
