About Thrillophilia Thrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai, and we're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager – Influencer Marketing to build one of India's strongest travel creator ecosystems. This isn't a role focused on mass outreach or managing influencer spreadsheets. We're looking for someone who understands creators, internet culture, commercial partnerships and content that genuinely influences travel decisions.

You'll work on destination campaigns, tourism board collaborations, hospitality partnerships, creator-led storytelling, UGC, branded content and performance campaigns while building long-term relationships with creators across India.

What You'll Do Creator Strategy & Discovery Identify creators based on audience quality, storytelling ability and campaign objectives not follower count.

Build creator networks across travel, lifestyle, food, fashion, adventure, luxury, family and regional communities.

Discover emerging creators before they become mainstream.

Recommend the right mix of macro, micro, UGC and niche creators for every campaign.

Creator Partnerships

Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies.

Position Thrillophilia as a preferred creative partner.

Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and timelines.

Manage partnerships with professionalism while maintaining accountability.

Campaign Management

Own campaigns from creator discovery to final reporting.

Develop creator briefs that encourage authentic storytelling.

Coordinate with internal creative and production teams.





Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content and campaign assets.

Track campaign performance, documentation and creator scorecards. Content & Performance Evaluate creators for storytelling, authenticity and audience trust.

Ensure campaigns generate reusable content for both organic and paid media.

Measure success using engagement, traffic, leads, bookings and content performance—not vanity metrics alone. AI-First Marketing Use AI tools to: Discover and evaluate creators

Build scalable creator databases and insights What We're Looking For 4–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or branded content.

Strong network across creators, talent managers and influencer agencies.

Experience managing end-to-end creator campaigns.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and emerging creator platforms.

Excellent negotiation, relationship management and campaign execution skills.

Experience with creator contracts, usage rights and paid media permissions.

Comfortable working with campaign budgets, KPIs and performance analytics.





Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle or destination marketing is a robust advantage. You'll Thrive Here If You Believing influence matters more than follower count.
