Job Title: Creative Visual Content Specialist (Photography & Video Production)

Reporting To: Head-PR, Communication & Strategic Branding, Chairperson's Office

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality still photography across portraits, events, candid moments, corporate engagements, travel, and documentary-style assignments.
- Produce and edit cinematic videos, reels, documentaries, interviews, and leadership content for digital, internal, and media platforms.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, colour grade, and deliver end-to-end visual stories with a strong editorial eye.
- Develop original content ideas and visual narratives aligned with the Chairman's vision and institutional priorities.
- Maintain an organised digital asset library with efficient workflows for storage, retrieval, and archival.
- Stay ahead of emerging visual trends, storytelling formats, camera technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.

Technical Expertise

- Advanced proficiency in skilled camera systems (Sony, Canon, Nikon), lenses, lighting setups, audio capture, gimbals, drones (where licensed), and multi-camera productions.




- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of colour correction, colour grading, motion graphics, sound design, codecs, compression, and platform-specific video optimisation.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and generative tools for editing, image enhancement, captions, and content production.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

- 5-6 years of experience creating premium visual content for senior leadership, global brands, family offices, or high-profile institutions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in photography, filmmaking, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent aesthetic judgement, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight timelines.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexibly based on the Chairman's schedule.
