NRole Overview

nSocial Beat is looking for a Creative Producer who blends storytelling with execution. This role is equal parts creative thinker, hands-on Producer and actor who can pull off content. You should be confident both behind and in front of the camera.

NYou won't just create digital films, you will conceptualize, produce, optimize, and scale them. From strategy decks to shoot floors and post studios;

you will own the entirelifecycle of video content.

NKey Responsibilities

n2. Production Ownership & Acting

N Lead end-to-end production: pre-production planning, shoot execution, and post-delivery

NHandle shoot logistics,timelines, vendor coordination, budgets, and quality control

N Oversee lighting, framing, aesthetics, and cost-efficient production setups





NEnsure content deliveryis on time, on budget, and creatively strong

N Maintain a scalable production pipeline for consistent output

NEnsure seamless coordination between strategy, production, and performance teams

N3. Shoot & Post-Production (In-house)

Nshoot and edit short-form videos when required

NCollaborate with copywriters, designers, and external partners

N* Maintain high creative standards while ensuring rapid turnaround

NIdeal Candidate

n3-6 yrs as producer and part time actor

NStrong understanding ofshort-form content ecosystems

N Experience managing shoots, vendors, and timelines

NComfortable both behindand in front of the camera

N* Analytical mindset withstrong creative instincts
