We are looking for a creative and passionate professional with 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Creative Communications to join a fast-growing organization. Responsibilities

1. Developing compelling brand stories and communication strategies across digital platforms.
2. Creating engaging social media content and visual assets, with a strong focus on Instagram.
3. Designing high-quality graphics, marketing creatives, and promotional collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
4. Planning and managing content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
5. Writing creative captions, campaign copy, and brand messaging for digital campaigns.
6. Maintaining consistency in brand identity across all online and offline communication.
7. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external creative partners for campaign execution.
8. Tracking content performance and recommending creative improvements based on audience engagement.
9. Researching emerging social media trends and incorporating creative ideas into campaigns.
10. Supporting product launches and marketing initiatives with impactful creative concepts.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Creative Design, Content Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.
2. Prior experience with consumer, retail, lifestyle, fashion, D2C, e-commerce, or digital-first brands is preferred.
3. Strong expertise in brand storytelling,



content creation, and visual communication.
4. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
5. Good understanding of Instagram marketing, content planning, and digital engagement strategies.
6. Excellent creative thinking, copywriting, and communication skills.
7. Experience in campaign planning and brand communication will be an advantage.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, Advertising, or a related discipline.
