Role Description The Creative Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for guiding the creative vision across projects and campaigns. This role oversees concept development, from initial brief to final execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand strategy and client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include leading brainstorming sessions, developing creative concepts, writing or supervising key messaging, and collaborating closely with design, marketing, and account teams.

The Creative

Lead reviews and refines creative work, provides constructive feedback, and maintains consistency across all touchpoints. This role also involves presenting ideas to stakeholders,



managing timelines, and mentoring junior creative team members to uphold high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong creativity skills, with a proven ability to generate original concepts and translate ideas into clear visual and verbal narratives.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present creative work, justify strategic choices, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Experience in creative strategy and branding, with a track record of shaping brand positioning, tone of voice, and campaign direction.

Advanced writing skills for marketing, advertising, and storytelling across digital and traditional media.

Demonstrated experience leading creative teams or projects, with solid project management and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content trends, and the ability to adapt creative outputs to different platforms.

Proficiency in working alongside designers and other creatives; understanding of common design tools and workflows is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Portfolio showcasing creative strategy, branding work, and written content relevant to the role.
