Job Summary
As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision of the company, managing creative projects from concept to execution, and ensuring high-quality output across video, design, branding, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with content creators, designers, editors, and clients to deliver compelling visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team across multiple projects.
- Develop innovative concepts and creative campaigns for clients.
- Oversee video production from planning to final delivery.
- Supervise post-production workflows and maintain quality standards.
- Create or guide motion graphics and graphic design deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams.
- Stay updated with the latest design, video, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Video Production.
- Experience in Post-Production workflows.
- Solid Knowledge in graphic designing.
- Excellent creative thinking and concept development abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
