Job Overview

We're looking for a creative Creative Designer who can transform ideas and briefs into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, visual communication, typography, layout, and design principles, with the ability to create impactful creatives across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, emailers, and other marketing collateral.
- Create branding assets including logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, and visual communication materials.
- Design creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing collateral for premium real estate projects, including brochures, hoardings, standees, site branding, and project presentations.
- Create website layouts, landing pages, UI mockups, and other digital design assets in collaboration with the development team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for branding, marketing, and creative campaigns.
- Work closely with content writers, performance marketers, video editors, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends,



AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
- Experience designing for branding, social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and print media.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent creativity and time management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, website designs, marketing collateral, and creative campaigns is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
